You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of our services, except for taxes based on our net income.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by LLM Seeding Agency and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you provide. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of service. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for 3 years.

We do not guarantee specific results, AI citations, or rankings. Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LLM SEEDING AGENCY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LLM Seeding Agency, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
